    Hi:

I just tried using a JotForm form on a WordPress site using the Divi theme.  I've tried sending some test submissions but am not receiving any emails.  I've checked my spam folder also.

    Can you help?

    Thanks!

The form from your link doesn't seem to be created from Jotform. Are you referring to a different form?

I checked your account email history and your test email seems to be sent successfully.

Ive tried the form, but dont receive any emails Screenshot 20

To properly test the notification, can you please send a submission by submitting the form? You can follow this guide on How to Properly Add, Change, and Test a New Email Recipient Address. If you are still unable to receive the notification, please let us know.
    Thank you.

Thank you so much for your reply!

After I tested the form multiple times and didn't receive any emails, I wound up replacing the JotForm with an RSVP plugin that worked fine.

I read the article you mentioned but I never received any emails to that account, either in my Inbox or Spam folders.

I'd love to make it work because I think this is an awesome feature.  I did notice that I've used 3 out of 5 forms.  They were all attempts to create the one form.  After I created the first 2 I noticed that I could style the form and so I tried again with the third one and this is the one I placed on my site before removing it.  Does this mean that if I decide to use JotForm I can only create 2 more forms without upgrading?

    Thanks again.

    Hello Laura,

If you are using an email client software such as MS Outlook, Eudora, etc., this means that your application is downloading the emails what arrives on to your webmail's inbox. So if your webmail puts the email into spam, it doesn't get downloaded.

Since you are using Gmail, I would recommend to you to set up filters to allow emails from JotForm to land directly to the inbox. This guide explains how: https://www.jotform.com/help/404-How-to-prevent-emails-landing-in-spam-folder-in-your-Gmail-account

As for the number of forms and that the limited number of forms that a free user can create is 5, you can simply delete the other forms that you do not need.

Feel free to let us know if you have other questions.

    Thanks.
