When users submit a form and upload a document as an attachment, after they submit and we open the document, the document appears to be blank. This is true for Word and PowerPoint files (although images seem to be working fine).
Can you please assist?

If the document you have downloaded shows as blank, it's most likely that it is blank when it was uploaded. For testing purposes, I have downloaded one of the word documents you have received and I was able to see its contents
Can you try downloading and opening the file on a different computer? It's possible that it may have something to do with the word processor that you are using.
