I asked to be downgraded in my service level last year, I was renewed at the higher level.

    When it was clear I would not need the volume of forms that would justify the higher service level, I sent an email asking to be bumped back to the lower level and have the price difference refunded. It does not look like that took place. I was just renewed at the higher level which i do not wish. Please contact me so we can resolve this:
