Integration compromised when Jot Form amended

    ISSUE: The data on the spreadsheet is not updating when a Jot Form is amended. Please send to your developers asap. History & cookies have been refreshed.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We have some previous issues regarding the Google API that's why there are some integration delays. 

    I noticed that you opened several threads with the same issue. Please follow up your original thread that has been escalated and it should be working now.

    If issue still persists, please re-integrate with Google Spreadsheet and see if this works.

    If you have other concerns, please let us know.
