We're facing this issue again where the Google Sheet integrated with all our JotForms are not updating with fresh submissions? Could you please help us look into this issue? We seem to be having this issue almost every other day and are unsure what the reason could be.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
We had previous issues regarding the Google API that's why there are some delays on the integration.
Can you please try to re-integrate your Google Spreadsheets and see if this works now?
If issue still persists, please let us know.

I am having same issue where the spreadsheet was not updating with new submissions. Attachments were also not being sent to the google drive folder (only the PDF of submission data was uploaded to the google folder) I tried re-integrating and now am not even able to re-integrate sheets. I removed the integration and then tried to re-activate it and it shows the "Please wait..." screen but never finishes. When I exit out and back in, it shows that it was integrated but the spreadsheet link says "Undefined" at the end and is not a valid link and there is no spreadsheet created in my google drive.

This should now be fixed. Let us know if you are still unable to complete the integration and we will take another look.
