is there any way for a "single choice element to have
if the "other answer" is "on"
the historic of the answers as options?
I explain:
for example here :
if someone answers using the other option like this adding "Marvin"
and submit the form, I want this option to be in the list for future use and other users and sorted, like that:
If this could also be applicable to dropdowns, it would be perfect.
I am ready to use whatever solution to do that
Thanks for your support

Hello Philippe,
If I understand your requirement correctly, you mean to say that once a user input any other option in radio button question, it should be made available to other users as well. Is that correct?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of following widgets:
User Contributed Radio Buttons: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_radio_buttons
User Contributed Dropdown: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_dropdown
User Contributed Checkbox: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_checkbox
Hope this helps.
Do try out the widgets and get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Unfortunately it is not possible to sort options that are added. However duplicate entries are not allowed by default. When you try to add option that already exist, this message will be shown.
