Form embedded into squrespace is only showing half of the form

Hi there,

Ive attempted to embed a form into a squarespace page, I used the squarespace platform in the publish tool. Only half of the form is shown until I hit the refresh button on my browser, then the whole form shows. I've tried chrome, and microsoft edge on 3 different computers with the same problem.

Do you have any advice?

Are you experiencing slow internet connection at the time you were checking your form? So far when I checked your page, it loaded properly on my end and in full. You may also try clearing your browser's cache to ensure that there are no residues of your old temporary files on your browser loading the page.
