How to save a partial filled in form and continue on it later?

    Hi,

I am planning to use forma to record the execution of projects. We have certain "gates" in the projects that I would like the project manager to fill in some information. It would be nice if the form can be partially filled in and the saved but not sent. When the form is saved the project manager gets a link so he/she can return to the filled in webform. When it is totally filled in he sends it in and the data continues to our analyzing software (using zappier). Is this possible?

    Thanks, Roger

    Hi Roger,

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can create "Save and Continue Later" option with using "two forms" and a "Page Break

We will need to have two forms:

Form 1: The first form that the submitter will fill out the name and email field. The session URL will be created here and we will use the email field as the session ID.

Form 2 (Main Form): This is the main form where all the necessary and important fields we need to collect. The main form needs to have page break, please also note that the progress on each page will only be saved when the "Next" and "Back" button is clicked.

Here is guide helps to you, please read all steps carefully: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

I hope it solves your problem. If you have any questions or issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
