Form not saving....

The conditional logic has stopped working and any changes are not going live. IE I have changed attendee to participant but its not showing on the link

When 'Number of Spaces you like to Book' is set to 1 I want to view:

1 Part Name, 1 Part Age, 1 Part email and not the 2,3,4 equivalents

You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to show hide desire form fields based on the selection of dropdown value. 

I did check your form and found that you have added conditions to hide form fields based on selection but you do not have to necessarily add condition to hide fields. You should just add condition on how to show the fields.
