Buongiorno, il mio piano gratuito prevedeva un numero illimitato di form.
Dopo il vostro avviso ho cancellato alcuni form. Fino ad arrivare a 5 form, come prevede il vostro nuovo piano gratuito.
Ciò nonostante continuo a non vedere i form che ho creato con jotForm.
Potete aiutarmi? questa cosa mi crea non poche complicazioni in 5 siti web,

Hello, your account was overlimit not because of the number of forms you have on your account but because of your Form Views.
The monthly Form Views allowance for the Free Plan is 1000. Yours is currently at 1581 which is way over the limit. You may confirm this on your end by going to your Account's Usage page.
From here on out, you have the following options:
1. Your monthly limits will reset on the 1st day of each month so just wait for it to be replenished and your account will be reinstated automatically.
2. You may upgrade to any of our paid plans if you need more monthly Form Views.

What happens if I go over my limit?
If you go over the limit, you will be asked to upgrade before the next business day at noon. After that your account will be temporarily disabled until you’re able to upgrade. But like we said, you can find out if this change affects you by viewing your form view status from your account page, and checking to see if you’re close to the limit.
