My forms are only sending partial information to my email address

    Having forwarding issues. Forms are working and collecting info correctly through Jotform but when the info is forwarded from jotform to an email address only partial information is sent. This is happening on more then one form. I have tested gmail and @url email addresses and same problem. It is definitely a problem with your sending. Not sure what's going on.

    Upon checking your form titled "A On Time Airport Connection - General Inquiry Contact Form", I see that the email template is not showing all the fields on your form. Below is a screenshot of one of your notification email:


    You can see that the content in the email template only shows the full name, email and message. 

    You can resolve this by doing:

    #1: Creating a new email notification/autoresponder, that will automatically load all the form fields in your email template. 

    #2: Manually edit the email template and add the missing form fields by clicking the "Form Fields" drop down menu.
