Cannot Submit Form Error: Failed to set exception option

    3 different users tried to submit a form and get this message.

    We even made sure that all fields were filled in and still received the error.

    Please advise. Is this a part of the 502 Bad Gateway error?

    Apologies, we had server issues that are now fixed.  Forms should be working properly once again.

    Let us know if you have any further trouble submitting forms and we will be happy to have a look.
