I see your account was autosuspended by our anti-Phishing system. I checked your active forms and they don't seem to violate our Terms of Use. Please do read our terms of use page here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

However, I do noticed that you have a lot of forms in the "Trash" folder, I presume our anti-Phishing system saw a suspicious form in your trash, if you no longer used the forms there, you can purge them to permanently be deleted. 

I have re-activated your account so you should be able to use your forms again. Apologies.
