Lost file attachment attachment

    Hello, I attach a case where the attachment is lost, report file not found

     

    404 Not Found : /jufs/viresg/61823723399666/360437834631866124/Scan0160.pdf

    I checked for that file and it does not show up in our DB.  Was the file uploaded completely and accessible as some point?  This looks like it may have just been a file that was not fully uploaded. 

    Let us know what you can and if the issue is on our end, we can forward this to our developers to have a look.
