I stop getting forms to my email, when I logged into Jotform I got a pop stating my email has bounced. How do I stop that from happening?

Bounce is another term for email delivery problem. When JotForm is unable to reach your mail server or when your email server rejects the emails from JotForm, the email is said to have bounced. When this keeps on happening, JotForm will add your email in the bounce list to prevent further problems.

Anyway, I can see that your email has already been lifted from the bounce. You should receive emails normally by now.

To prevent this from happening again, simply whitelist the noreply email noreply@jotform.com on your side.

Alternatively, if you don't want your emails to end in the bounce list, use your SMTP to send the emails. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
