I saved my key to notepad, how do I read it?

After you have downloaded the private key and save it, when you want to view submissions, the system will ask you to upload the private key, after that, you will be able to view the submissions data. Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.
