Creating a visual report...not working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to create a visual report and out of 27 questions that were designed so that the visual report tool could be used, your system is allowing me three. Yes, just three. 

    The name of the form I'm trying to work with is called, "Evaluation of PolicyWise Research and Practice Showcase". If the software doesn't work, please just tell me.

    I have checked your form and tried adding a visual report in it but I was not able to replicate your problem. I was able to create 5 (more than 3) different charts from the different questions that you have on your form.

    Please try reloading the page once again as it might probably be an internet-related problem. You can also try clearing your browser's cache.
