Is there a way to get headers to show up when you PDF a submission??

    We are looking to have an "example" form but when I go to pdf a submission I loose the headers that break out each section.  I tried adding an image but lose that too.

    Here's what you can do:

    Suppose you are already on the submission page of your form.

    Click the "cogwheel" icon below the Delete and Edit buttons.

    and on the context menu, check the checkbox that shows "Show Headers and Texts" after.
