Need To Recover Revision Of Form

    I am able to see the revision of the form I want, however, when I select desired version of form it does not reflect the revision version of form when I go to edit it.  What is going on?

    What does it take to move revised form to current form for editing?

    I have checked the revision log you provided and found it is not the current one; however, I have tested this on my end and it works so far. 

    What I would suggest you is to try reverting back to the same version again:

    If it still does not revert, please check the web console in order to find any error that may be affecting this feature. 

    These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console on your end, if the screenshot could include that the desired version is the applied. 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

     

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K
