The problem with V.4

Well, the old interface (v.3), was much more user friendly, and did not require as much 'digging' as this one does. I have mental challenges that make this new version (4) virtually impossible for me to grasp. It is so sad to see all of these software companies abandoning the formats that are easily understandable, and easily doable. I understand that technology is always moving forward, but it is sad that there are some people (like myself), who cannot. I would have loved to continue using your service, as it WAS easy for me to grasp, but with technology, you have moved on, and left me in the dust

May we know where do you have problems? 

If is it about finding some features or adding conditions for example? 

Do note that the v4 builder has great features that the v3 does not, for example: 

1. Mobile compatibility. 

2. Real time collaboration. 

3. Offline building forms. 

4. Improved drag and drop. 

Just to mention some new additions.
