    I am being billed for both monthly and yearly subscription plan.

    Please help.  I have being billed $49.50 per month.  Today I received a bill/charge for $199.50 for a yearly plan.  Am I paying both monthly and yearly?

    Hello Marcia,

    I did check your account and found that you had two active subscriptions. It seems when you upgraded your account to Gold monthly subscription plan, you did not cancel your economy yearly plan.

    I have gone ahead and cancelled your economy yearly subscription plan. I have also processed the refund for you last order #INT170121-9524-47481B as well. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that I have given you credit for 4 month of Gold subscription as well to cover the economy yearly subscription of 2016 year. Now you will be charged for Gold monthly plan only on 16 Jun, 2017.
