    Hello POSHAT,

    Can you give more information on the concern that you have raised? So far I was not able to replicate issues on clearing forms after making submissions.

    We'll look forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    customer fills in information on form , clicks submit, returns to form and
    previous entries still on form, thinks problem and clicks submit again
    ..... another set of the same entries are submitted.

    @POSHAT,

    I have reviewed your forms and noticed you have enabled the clear values on submit feature; however, do note that when you click on the return button it will load a cached version, it does not reload the form, this is why you can see the options still:

    This is not a behavior from the JotForm itself, but it is from the web browser instead, what you could do is to set unique questions or unique submissions in your form so you avoid getting duplicates.

    Here're some guides that will help you with that:

    How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

    I will also forward this to our second level so our developers may implement a code to clear the form when going back on the web browser, we will update you via this thread as soon as we get any notice regarding this.
