User to update form

I am a wedding photographer and created a form for my clients to fill out with details about their wedding like Married Name, Venue Address, Phone Numbers, Group Photo List, etc. Is there a way that they are able to view their form submission and update any details that might have changed? For example, if the church location changes, is there a way that they can go to their specific form and update that field?

Even one step further, is there a way to notify me via email that a change was made?

    Thank you for your help,
    Lou

You can setup an autoresponder, so the submitter gets a notification of what he filled out, there you can include the edit link to allow the person to edit the information if needed.

On regards of notifying you of any edits, once you setup the email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications, make sure to have enabled the "Send on Edit" option in the advance settings:
