Reports and Formatting

I am wondering how/if we can create "registration forms" by selecting only the fields we want to output to the report.

Right now I have to create an Excel or CSV form and then mess around with the fields to get the type of report I wanted.

How about using the customize PDF Report instead. Check the user guide: 

How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

You can have a more customize printable and can be attached to email report using the PDF Report of the form.
