Why is my form unavailable?

I get an error message on my page that says "This form is currently unavailable". Please advise!

Under Preferences > General > Form status was set to diabled. Please enable it to make the form work.

If its not disabled by you, then  form might have auto disabled once it passes the date or its submissions limit
