My form is used to set up a new account. Each account could have anywhere from one to 20 user. I need the following info per user: Name, Email, Title, and Location.
Is there a button I can add to the bottom of each users information, which will allow the person filling out the form to "Add" another set of user info fields?

Unfortunately, that scenario is not possible with jotform. A possible workaround would be to add additional fields and hide them with conditionals, but it would take a lot of work to do that and it would probably not be practical as we don't have the exact number of users.
