First off, I love jotform. This is an amazing WYSIWYG service!
I just set up a personalized autoresponder email. I get the notification that the form has been received but the person who submitted the form doesn't get the autoresponder message. I followed the instructions on the video, but I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone offer and suggestions?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused you today. Can you please change your Autoresponder Sender Email to email@example.com instead of firstname.lastname@example.org and ask your client to try again to fill the form if he/she can received notification after he/she submits.
