I was thinking is it possible for example Id copy the fields and list it one by one and group those fields. Then when a user clicks a button its going to duplicate that group and so on and so forth?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that you want to add a set of form fields in form where users can input the values in same set of fields multiple times?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Configurable List" widget. This will allow you to add a set of form fields with a button which will allow users to input same set of field again.
