Published form URL not working

    I just made an account and tried to make a simple test form. When trying to preview the form or open the URL, I get an error page that says "Form not found" and "This form is disabled.".

    I tried disabling the form and then enabling it again but I get the same error page.

    What would be causing this?

    Our phishing detector tool auto-suspended your account because you're asking for a password. It is against our terms of use. Please remove the password field so we can activate your account.
