Our account is receiving a notification whenever we log on telling us that our email is on the bounce back list. This is also meaning that whenever we have someone fill out our forms, we are not getting notified by email.
This is our correct email address - email@example.com - and this is what is logged on our account. Please can you help us to fix this issue.
