We upgraded to Gold plan but was still billed for silver plan as well.

    Hello,

    because our account is now free ... on 12/01/2017, we made the gold account $99.

    Can delete the last 2017-01-23 at $39.

    I did check your account and found that you have upgraded to Gold monthly subscription plan again today. That means you have 3 active subscriptions now:

    S-20K86756J86136029 - Gold subscription plan - Upgraded on Jan 23, 2017

     

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for both the Silver and Gold subscription plan which was upgraded today. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    No action is required from your end.
