Mon compte rétrogradé

    Bonjour, 

    Mon compte a été rétrogradé pour cause de carte bancaire expirée, alors qu'elle est toujours valide.

    Merci de bien vouloir vérifier et remettre mon compte comme avant svp.

    Hi,

    Your account was downgraded due to a double subscription issue you had. You had a Bronze monthly plan and then you upgraded for Bronze yearly on 29.12.2016 with the subscription ID S-99L9412820763034V. Our system cancelled the previous monthly subscription in order to avoid double billing but somehow your account was downgraded back to free upon cancellation. 

    I have now upgraded your account back to Bronze yearly manually as it should be.
