I upgraded to Gold but I need a refund

    data l'urgenza, io  ho sottoscritto nuovamente account gold...ma mi aspetto il rimborso di entrambe le transizioni e la nuova scadenza 21/02/2017

    You have three (3) active subscriptions with Jotform. Here are the details of the subscription:

    Gold Monthly (S-4N25168052217651S) - January 12, 2017.

    Silver Monthy (S-10236067SC572984W) - January 23, 2017 (2 hours ago).

    Gold Monthly (S-20K86756J86136029) - January 23, 2017 (1 hour ago).

     

    Are you asking for a refund for the Gold Plans? Please confirm. We can do this, but that means we will have to set back your account to the Silver Plan. You have more than 10, 000 submissions and you'll go over the limit after.
