How to unencrypt submissions without the key

    A form's data was encrypted and a key was provided to access data.

    The person who did this no longer works for us and the key can't be found.

    How do we unencrypt data in order to proceed with the outstanding orders/requests in the system?

    Hello,

    I am sorry to letting you know about that: If you do not have the encryption key, it is not possible to reach your submissions again. We also do not have a copy of it on our servers.

    As I have checked, you have already disabled encryption. So, you will receive the submissions without encryption hereafter.
