How to maintain checkbox style when saving a form as PDF?

    When saving a form to a pdf, the multiple choice bubbles change to boxes.  Is there a way for the bubbles to remain bubbles and in the same font?  The form may be printed and used with OMR software.  I need the bubbles to look like below when printed:
