I am having trouble viewing submissions from my particpants. When I download it as xls, csv or pdf, it shows up blank. I submitted a test myself and tried viewing it on my account and it's the same issue, it shows up as blank. Can you help? I hate to ask my participants to redo it, hope to be able to see them! I have checked your account settings and I saw that you are storing your data in Europe.
After that I have logged to your account from eu domain and I was able to view submissions on submission page of your form and also I downloaded submissions to excel file successfully.
Please log in to your account over this link https://eu.jotform.com/ and you should be able to view your submissions and download them.
