Having some issues with this form and the notification emails being in the bounce list. How can we fix this?Page URL:

None of the sales agents are being listed on our bounce list. Your email history is also showing emails being sent to the agents.
I would suggest doing the following:
1. Ask the agents to add email@example.com to their safe sender list since this is your sender email in the form.
2. Ask your agents to check their spam folder and mark all emails related to Jotform as not spam.
3. If you keep getting this problem despite whitelisting Jotform, then try to setup your own sender email by SMTP:
