Please confirm that your updates are making your platform very buggy.
Any time I switch between standard design and advanced designer it switches everything to a different default and overides all the design in place.
Also the preview of the form do not match what my form actually looks like in the builder.
The Text HTML & Image Slider elements are not showing up?
I think I may have figured it out. When you create a form in the new version, and then convert back to the old version, everything is really buggy. I just created a whole new form using the old version 3 and everything seems to be working the way it usually does... You should investigate and confirm. Thanks!
Thanks for reporting this to us. I'm glad everything's sorted out now but I failed to replicate what you're describing on your most recent reply.
Here's a quick test I did using V4. I created a form from scratch, randomly added some fields, some widgets, saved then previewed it. Afterwards, I reverted back to V3 and everything still looks the same.
In case it happens again, we'd appreciate if you'd post it in our Support Forum so we can further improve our V4 Builder.
I'm still having issues with the advanced designer though. When I load he advanced designer, it removes all the changes I had previously made, and resets to what the original template had. And then I have to fight with it to get my back ground image to show (it keeps adding a background color instead, and then I have to re-upload the image in the standard design tools)
Can you please confirm that you were able to produce the issue on the Advance Form Designer when switching back and forth on the Form Builder? That is switching from V3 and V4 alternately.
I did encounter the same wherein all my custom CSS codes were cleared from the advance Form Designer when I added them using V4 and then I switch back to V3.
We will look into it further once we get a clear understanding of the issue.
