I just received a notification that our account has maxed out. According to my records we are already on the Silver monthly plan at $39 /month, which allows us 100,00 forms views/month.
Why are we maxing out?
Please advise asap, as our forms are not working.

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Premium yearly subscription which seems to be a duplicate subscription downgraded from Silver subscription.
I have now canceled the Premium subscription which was renewed on 14 Jan 2017 and processed the refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. I have also changed the account status to Silver and the account is good in standing now. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
