When I went in to add a new coupon code to my form in the new form editor, it deleted hundreds of coupons codes that I had previously entered!!!
I had approximately 800 coupon codes before and now there are 299..
THIS IS URGENT! People are trying to pay using the codes
On another note - it would be nice to be able to mass delete/add/update coupons.Page URL:

Hi, thank you for contacting us.
First of all I apologize for the inconvenience.
I am escalating this ticket to our second level team, as there is something strange when opening the form revision history, which may very well be related to the problem:
Please note that you will be notified via this thread as soon as our second level team sends a reply.

I need to add a new coupon code to one of my forms, but I am afraid that if I edit it that all of the existing codes will get deleted.

First of all thank you for the time you took to write us. I've inspected your form and was able to determine the error.
I've pushed a code update that allows you to save as many coupons as you like now.

I am still having issues today with the forms not saving changes to codes and not saving new codes.
Plus, I've had codes that have mysteriously disappeared since yesterday - maybe since your update??
Is there any way you can add back all of the codes that were deleted so I don't have to re-enter 400 + codes into three different forms??
I HAVE PEOPLE WANTING TO PURCHASE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR CODES - THIS IS URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that what happened there before the update made by omur was that while you were inserting codes, there were only getting stored on your browser's cache and not on the database. For this reason why after closing and opening again the form on the form builder, it was completely gone. The update that he was mentioning about is you are now allowed to add coupons as many as you like. With this in mind, it most likely that the codes you tried to enter is not retrievable.
Have you tried re-entering the codes after the update was made yesterday?
In any case, I will also notify omur again to confirm if there is a possibility to retrieve the previous coupon codes you entered, but to save time it would be best to try to update the codes right away.

Before the new form builder I had no issues with the coupons - I had 800 plus coupon codes no problem. Then I opened up the form in the new builder and it deleted hundreds of coupons - those are the codes I want back, the ones that I had in there since last September that were working just fine until your new form builder deleted them.
Or having a way to mass update and bulk import coupon codes would work too :)

Thank you for letting us know, psiseminars. And we apologize for this.
Just wondering, can you visit your revisions history again and see if you are able to revert to a previous version prior the January 23 event and see if you are able to revert to that version?
