    Hi there,

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support. This forum is the best way to contact us.

Do you mean you are having problem with Form Calculation widget? I tested your forms and they seem to be working fine. Can you please give us more details about the problem you encountered as well as the form you are referring to?

    Regards.

i created a clone and tried to add a variable the original form has 10 or so variables but the only one that calculates anything is the type of cable. i tried to add wall mounted rack but its not calculating. is there a sample formula i can see ?

I have checked your form and found that there're some conditions with calculation that are not properly set up:

I have also checked the field you mentioned and noticed the calculation widget works fine, here's a screen-cast about what I can see:

I would suggest you to correct the condition shown above and check the calculations you're doing on your form, do note that if one field is empty and required for the calculation then it will not work.

Please, check these guides about calculation and assign calculation values:

its a nice video but doesn't really answer my question.
i have a clone form where im trying to add a option for a rack if you select wall mount it should add $200 to the total cost if you select floor it should add $400 to the total cost. if you can show me what that should look like i can do the rest on my own.
this needs to apply to any cable type you chose from previous options.
    thx

I have created a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/70376498483975. In this demo form, I've used this formula:
    $(200) * Wall -$200 each + (400) * Floor - $400each.

    Here's the result:

You can clone it and check the calculation widget if you want. After that, you can just pass the value of the calculation widget to the payment integration. Please check this guide: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field.

Let us know if you want a guide for that demo. Thank you.

so that's another great video the doesn't answer my question or help in any way.
please look at my cloned form on my account. i need to add items to the total calculation.
at the moment it will only calculate type of cable type vs how many. I'm trying to add wall-mount rack as an option that when selected will add to total amount. if someone can correct the wall-mount option in my cloned form so i can see the formula and figure out the rest. this is the third time I'm emailing the same question. please correct the cloned form so it works instead of sending me more videos that don't help.
    thx

    Hi there,

In order to achieve your calculations, you will need a temporary holder of the amount without the additional of racks yet. This can be done by adding a field (e.g. Pre Estimated Project Cost). You can then add the conditions such that when a rack type needed is wall mounted, add $200 to Pre Estimated Project Cost and assign it as Total Estimated Project Cost. We can then hide this Pre Estimate Project Cost field from the user. Please see steps below.
