what does exceed quota on a form mean?

my current form cant get anymore submissions? (MTSTUDIOS 2017)

As said on this other duplicated thread you opened https://www.jotform.com/answers/1043718. It means you have reached your submissions limit; however, I have checked your account and found you're a sub-user account, the form you mentioned is under a different account and it is under the bronze plan, the limits seem to be fine and the form works fine as well, please check and let us know if you have any question.
