Why are certain fields no longer working after embedding form?

Asked by stmarksiowa on January 23, 2017 at 06:13 PM

    Hi there,

We're working on embedding a form created by the client into their website. Feedback we've received indicates that three of the form fields won't allow users to click on them to enter information (in this case, credit card security code, card expiration date, and postal code). Do you know why this is or have troubleshooting suggestions?

    Thank you in advance!

Have you tried using the iFrame method as described on this guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

In the current code you have embedded seems like the fields were removed, but embedding the iFrame code from the given guide seems to be working fine, I have tested it on my end and it worked fine.

If the problem still persists, let us know.

The iFrame method totally did the trick. Thanks for the prompt reply and solution.
