Is there a way to make all the boxes required to be checked. We have an online waiver question where we want each box checked indicating their understanding.
I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: *
THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE $320.I understand if my team is accepted into this event and I decide to withdraw after its acceptance, there shall be no refund.I understand if the event is canceled due to weather, there is no guaranty of a refund.I want them to have to check all three boxes in order to proceed. -

Hi,
If you want all the checkbox fields to be required then you can use multiple choice widget more than one or you can set minimum and maximum entry limits. I would like to recommend you to use the second one which is more practical.
To require that all options with Checkboxes be checked before submitting the form please add the "multiple choice" widget in your form and go to its properties.
After you click on the "Properties" please select "Surveying" tab and set the minimum & maximum entries for your checkbox field.
For example, I set the minimum and maximum limits as 3. By this way, the user should mark all of these checkboxes.
Please review my result:
I hope it helps.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Kindest Regards.
