    Changes being made to 'TEXT' box are not holding

    I am currently using the Jotform 4.0 and the form is not holding the changes made to the 'TEXT' boxes.

    Images are being deleted from with in the text box however they are fine when uploaded using the 'Image' option.

    All formatting that is applied is being lost

    Any 'links' added to the text is lost.

    Hi again,

    I checked your form in an IE browser, but the link and images are still there. Please see the animation below:

    You can view your form history and can revert back to the version to bring back the the old changes.

    Furthermore, I have already cleared your form's cache, can you please check your form if it works?

    They are there because I have not re-entered the edit option of the field. If I enter back into that field all formatting and links are deleted.
    I have to make sure that when I enter in data that it is perfect otherwise I need to enter back in again and make all my formatting changes.
    When building the form the formatting is working on the user interface however it is not replicated on the form builder.

    So now, after I explained the issue to you, someone has entered into my form and muddled with the 'text' sections. This has caused all areas to lose formatting. JotForm staff, if your software is gltichy and having problems please do not make it worse by undoing all the hard work I had to do to work around the glitchy system!
