Unable to edit text on V4.

    I’m having another issue with 4.0.. I was asked to send through as I was coming across things.

    I’m trying to update the text product development meetings…. but cant grap/get into the box to edit the text. I can access the I am a field above and date field below..

    Hi Siri,

    I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end. I cloned your form and I was able to edit the product development text on the form.

    I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please check on your end to see if the issue still persists? If it does, what device and browser were you using when you experienced this issue?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your reply to this. I had to revert back to version 3 as I urgently needed to do some work on the forms. I was encountering issues with changing over images as well. I'm now able to edit text and images as usual but I'm using v.3 not 4.0

    I had similar problems last week with images and text fields. Sometimes they worked other times not.

    I'm using the latest version of chrome.

    Thank you for confirming that you are able to edit the text. I understand that you prefer to use v3 for your forms for now. The v4 is still in beta and we will keep monitoring it in case any further issues arise from using the v4.

    I too can't edit the text boxes let alone delete them altogether in 4.0.  I was told you could after cloning my form.  Why can't jotform understand it's NOT working on our end.  This is holding up work.  How do I return to the orig version until you have all the kinks worked out?

    I also cannot edit or delete a textbox.
