PDF: Adding page break to PDF

I have a created a rather long Form in Jotform, but my client needs it to have Page Breaks in certain places when printed as a PDF. I realise the 'Page Break' Fields don't apply to the PDF print out. I have added CSS Code and Div Text and tried every other solution I have found in these threads, all to no avail. This has been driving me nuts for months and I am beyond needing to deliver this form and website to my client. The website is built on Wix with the Jotform in an iFrame. Please help!

    Hello,

I've checked your account and your forms.

The PDF that you have sent us belongs to submissions PDF. It is not clear enough in your question that do you want to print out the whole form with page breaks or do you want to print out the submissions with page breaks?

If you want to print the form with page breaks, there are two ways to do that.

Firstly, you can add a Print button at the end of the form(as I have seen there is already a Print button in your form) and when clicking the Print button, you can save the form as a PDF as you can see the screenshot below:

As you can see in the screenshot, the pages in the PDF are divided by page breaks.

Secondly, you can create a PDF Form as you can see in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

If you want to print out the submission with page breaks, it is not possible to add page breaks to submission PDF, yet. The submission PDF will be created automatically. However, you are able to customize PDF as you can see below:

You can delete the empty spaces and change the font size of the submission PDF.

Please if you want to add page breaks to submission PDF, let us know. So that, we can forward the feature request to our software development team.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Waiting for your response.

    Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for your response.
I am using the first option of adding a Print Form button at this stage, however this is an extra step that hopefully won’t be necessary in the future.
(To use this method, when I receive a submission from the website, I have to click the ‘Edit Submission’ hyperlink in the notification email and then manually go to the ‘Print Form’ button and print as PDF).

Please lodge a request for page breaks to the submission PDF.
This could either be through the generated PDF acknowledging the ‘Page Break’ Field as a printed page break, or through the option to add print page breaks under the Customise PDF option.

I see this feature has been requested a number of times, from as early as 2014.
This is urgently needed and once implemented, will make Jotform the best Form Builder available, in my opinion.

Thank you for your response and I hope to see this feature upgraded in the near future. :)

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Amanda,

I wanted to suggest you the workaround with adding the page break class and Custom CSS, but I saw that you already tried. Anyhow, you can check my solution for similar problem in this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/982058

I'll forward this thread to our backend team for a possible implementation.

We'll certainly get back to you through this thread if this feature is implemented.

    Thank you!
