I just went into Form https://www.jotform.com/build/70167708067157 and see that my text entries no longer contain tables. I merely wanted to do a slight edit to one of the text entries (Saturday, Theatre) and see that everything that originally was tabular is now text. Will you be able to return to the original design, or do I need to recreate each one? (the right answer is that the original design will be restored). I see warnings that I should upgrade due to space and views - is that why?
I know I can restore to some earlier version and will do that if I need to, but good grief!
Here is what is currently published through my Squarespace site: https://www.thrivearts.center/special-events --- so at least it continues to serve up my form correctly.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
I checked and cloned your form and I see that the "Text" fields still has the tables on it. Here's a screencast on my end:
However, I was able to replicate the problem when I use the V4 form builder. Here's a screencast of it, you can see that the tables in the "Text" field displays differently using the V3 and V4:
You can see that in V4, it's simply text and there's no table on it. Let me forward this to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
For the meantime, you can switch to V3 form builder to edit the tables. To do that, simply navigate to your Account->Settings page.
