If I understand you correctly, you want to use different email address for the confirmation email. First, create an email field. After that, set your recipient email of your Auto-responder to the email field you have created. Here's a guide:
1. Open your form and create two Email field.
2. Create two Autoresponder for each Recipient Email.

Is there a way i can make the confirmation email come from my email account
instead of from jotform?
