    Upgrading account only for one month

    Dear Team, 

    I currently have a  bronze acccount. I have a yearly account, but due to some increase in submissions  I am done with my limit. If I try to upgrade to silver just for this month my bronze account will be still active from the next month ryt?

    As I have checked your account, I have seen that you have a SILVER plan currently paid via Stripe.

    If you want to return back to the Bronze plan again in the next month, you need to downgrade your Silver plan at the end of this month in the account billing page as you can see the screenshot below:



    When you click the Downgrade, you will see 2 options: Monthly and Yearly. You should choose the yearly one. However, if you choose bronze yearly, your subscription will be started in the next month and it will be last for 1 year.

    The downgrade process will occur automatically. However, if you see any problem related to account or payment, please contact us.
